Carmel Cake

Our signature caramel cake features rich caramel icing cooked slowly in a cast iron pot and stirred to perfection on the stove the old-fashioned way. The rich smooth caramel is carefully spreaded over two-layer 8-inch or 10-inch cakes or baked as a classic Bundt cake. Ms. Mary’s caramel cakes were always requested at church events, family gatherings, dinners, and lovingly personalized for birthdays and special celebrations bringing smiles wherever they were served.
